Bananas and Barbells

Over the past 3-4 weeks, many of you know that I has been regularly working out and eating in a more healthy way.

A blend of muscle confusion, elliptical time, barbells and a weight machine… have aided to a reduced calorie and fat intake to result in some good results.

As of today I’m down 10 lbs and have lost 1.5 inches around my waist. I haven’t measures my shoulders, but I think I’ve gained an inch or so there.

Those are good results, but the more important goal is to reduce stress, lower cholesterol and triglycerides and to live with a more healthy overall BMI.

And I want to honor God with the way I handle my body and food.
