Livingston Ledger Article about Brad Henson
A new season begins this week in the life of the Potters House Baptist Worship Center. After 13 years of planting churches and leading one of Western Kentucky’s fastest growing churches, Dr. Brad Henson will be returning to his home community to take on the role of Lead Pastor at the Potters House. The church is filled with excitement about this new beginning.
In addition to leading Four Rivers Church to plant growing campuses in Paducah, Calvert City and Eddyville, Brad has coached church planters as they began new ministries in Nashville, Seattle, Evansville, and various other cities across America. He is known for his entertaining and yet spiritually direct teaching style, his genuine love for people and his devotion to reaching out to the community around the churches he has led. All signs point to a very exciting season in the life of the Potters House.
For Brad and his wife Stephanie, this is a renewed focus on their home town. Brad was raised in Ledbetter. Stephanie grew up in Grand Rivers. They both graduated from Livingston Central in 1992. The couple moved back to the county in 1999 after perusing their college educations. They have two sons, Bradon (10) and Jackson (7), who attend South Livingston Elementary.
Brad will begin his tenure this weekend and there will be a reception after the evening worship experience. Everyone is welcome.
